The Primavera pasta at Eduardo’s on Duluth. By far the best deal for pasta, there was just as much vegetables as there was pasta and the sauce was delicious. The restaurant is BYOW right across the street from L’Academie. It has a warm family feel, and is always busy. Good prices, good portions.
